Kao-Pud-Khai-Kai Recipe
Ingredients
1. Chicken
2. Two eggs
3. Basil
4. Rice
5. Oil
Materials
1. Frying pan
2. Spatula
3. Knife
4. Bowl
5. Whisk (if you don’t have it you can use fork instead)
Steps
1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
2. Crack eggs in to a bowl.
3. Use whisk or folk beat it until it mix together.
4. Put the chicken that has been cutting mix with eggs.
5. Put the oil into a frying pan and open gas stove to medium.
♥Waiting for hot oil
6. Put the chicken with eggs into a pan and change the gas stove to high heat.
7. Fry it until it be cooked then mix basil with it, stir and wait around 3 minutes.
8. When the three minutes is finished take it out and put over the rice.
